Compliance
CONFLICT MINERALS
AstroNova seeks to comply with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. As part of our compliance, AstroNova has flowed down requirements to our suppliers that they shall not knowingly supply any product containing conflict minerals.
PFAS COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
AstroNova is committed to adhering to the latest standards concerning Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS). PFAS are a group of man-made chemicals that have been widely used in various industrial applications due to their resistance to heat, water, and oil. However, due to growing concerns about their environmental impact and potential health risks, regulations surrounding PFAS have become increasingly stringent.
At AstroNova, we are dedicated to ensuring that our products meet or exceed these evolving regulatory requirements. We actively monitor and update our processes to align with the most current PFAS standards, minimizing the presence of these substances in our products wherever possible.
INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPLIANCE
AstroNova is committed to complying with all U.S. trade laws and regulations; including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) 15 CFR 730-774, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR 120-130, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) 31 CFR 500-599, Federal Trade Regulations (FTR) 15 CFR 30 and Customs Duties 19 CFR 0-199.
